This site is devoted to my current work, the Rift Series, begun in 2006 and  continues to this day. The paintings are oil and wax (applied wih painting knives) with pencil on canvas. The work undergoes constant revision with each decision affecting the final result. More often than not, the process is protracted with work moving through many iterations before completion.
